I am coming with this new topic.
Solutions: The many times but not frequently, we are not able to see the complete monitor screen in Windows 10. Top of the window gets cut off. There is all application working fine but only the issue is about top side windows is cutting when application maximized. In this case, we cannot able to move, close, minimize this application.
Here, do not waste your time to check like below steps –
1. Install graphic drivers,
2. Un-plug / plugin power cable
3. Un-plug / plugin graphic cable
4. Machine / Laptop Restart
5. Replace the monitor. Etc.
A temporary solution is to use the key combination Windows key + Ctrl + Shift + B.
