Failed to switch Terminal Server to INSTALL mode. Please switch the mode Manually.

Today, I came up here with the one error and it’s the solutions -

Solution:

Normally, we are taking any of the Server /machine/terminal RDP (Remote Desktop Protocol/Service) access from any system over the network.

In my case, one of the VM I have deployed on the VMware Host. My machine is on the same network and I want to access VM from my system. but, I was getting the error when I am going to install any o the application.

So, I follow the below steps -
1. Open vSphere client,
2. connect to the VMWare Host,
3. Select those VM on which you want to install the software,
4. select the console tab and put the login credentials then you would be login in.

Now, try to install any applications. you will not receive the above error.

Earlier you were taken remote access of that machine and on the RDP protocol, it was given us errors, and this time you are taken that machine’s physical access (you have full access).

Would not give you the error every software while installation.
