This error getting when we opening the “SQL Server Configuration Manager”.

Solutions-1:

Command syntax is -

mofcomp “%programfiles(x86)%\Microsoft SQL Server\number\Shared\sqlmgmproviderxpsp2up.mof”

You can change the number from the syntax as per below Table-1 (as per which version you have installed)

Example — command will be ready to execute like -

mofcomp “%programfiles(x86)%\Microsoft SQL Server\130\Shared\sqlmgmproviderxpsp2up.mof”

In the syntax, need to change the version number as per the installed SQL server version. confirm it first then need to change and execute the command.
